Max’s mindset was forged in the elite ranks of the United States Military, serving as a U.S. Army Ranger with the 1st Battalion, 75th Ranger Regiment (1/75). The Ranger motto—Rangers Lead the Way—isn’t just a phrase to Max; it’s the operational standard he brings to work every single day.
Max spent over 30 years in the construction industry and is a Licensed General Contractor. Over three decades, he has managed and built projects of every scale—ranging from custom residential home remodels to massive commercial developments and high-security government installations. Having spent a lifetime on job sites, Max understands waste logistics inside and out. He knows that late dumpster deliveries, damaged driveways, and slow swap-outs cost time and money—and he built Veteran Waste Co. to solve those exact problems for local builders and homeowners alike.

Julia drives the customer-first focus and operational elegance of Veteran Waste Co. Julia brings a rich background in luxury hospitality, having spent years managing high-end weddings and working within premier boutique hotels.
In an industry where timing is everything and no detail is too small, Julia’s deep experience in event management, white-glove client service, and meticulous organization ensures that every customer receives an unmatched experience. She translates the high standards of luxury hospitality into waste logistics—making scheduling effortless, communication crystal clear, and every client interaction completely stress-free.
The Triangle isn’t just where we do business—it’s where we live, raise our family, and put down deep roots. Max and Julia are the proud parents of two active kids who love spending their time playing sports and enjoying the great outdoors.
